Abstract:
Urumqi is the compelling tale of Oro Kanoka and his high school friends who learn of their supernatural abilities to control the minds of others. The group faces growing conflicts and splits into two warring factions. As friendships are tested, each of them must face their past and present emotions and conquer the rising fear within. All the while, a greater enemy led by a tyrannical ruler with his own twisted powers threatens the entire group with extinction. Oro and his friends must learn to settle their differences and fight as one to preserve their kingdom of Uru.
