Abstract:
Five Fingered Firebugs is a pair of Maria Hart Mysteries. Five Fingered Firebugs, is a short novel that finds Maria Hart hot on the trail of a group of shoplifters who set fires, and later explosions, to create a distraction. When her husband's former teacher is killed in one explosion, she takes it personally. She gets involved in the death of one of the stars of the Epicurean Network. Who did it?

In the novella, The Body in the Library, Maria and her family are in Montgomery Alabama for the wedding of her nephew Matt. When the body of a young woman in a blue bikini is discovered in the library of the house under construction, Maria gets involved.
