Tales Told Out of School is a book for everyone. It is a compelling, fast-paced story of Dr. Smith's broad experiences in education. Bill had a passion for teaching and it showed. He was a dedicated teacher as well as a superbly qualified administrator. His book is not only informative but also entertaining at its best.
