Abstract:
Justice in criminal law has become like beans being canned on a conveyor belt, engineered not for the individual, but for mass production. Because of population growth, a re-designed criminal justice system and the failure to allow the judiciary to keep pace with population explosion, justice is perceived as “one size fits all”.

Part I intrigues the reader with brief stories of injustice. Each has its own unique twist.

Part II takes on each category of the system with specific, identifiable criticism of why it creates more injustice than justice in today’s society.
