Abstract:
This book is about understanding yourself – what you bring to the table in your interactions with others. It is all about LEADERSHIP and leadership is about the values and qualities that are closest to your heart. Leading others is about caring for others – who they are, what they do, and what they care about. The primary purpose is to provide a personal foundation by focusing on Leadership and Personal qualities, attributes, and behaviors that honor our work and our life. It is my belief that true leaders work to serve their fellow employees, their team, their company, their customers, as well as their families and friends.
