The Little Book of Truths about John McCain is a handy collection of McCainisms to debunk myths about the maverick-turned-lapdog. Do we really need an older version of GWB?

Abstract:
The Little Book of Truths about John McCain is a handy reference for Democrats, Independents, and the not-so-convinced-that-John McCain-should-be-our-next-President Republicans.

If you wonder whether the Straight-Talk Express is in need of an alignment, you’re not alone. This book of “McCainisms” will help you understand the ‘real McCain’—not the myth portrayed in the media.

Easy to read. Easy to remember. This handbook of quotes, excerpts and articles unmask McCain the Maverick. We discover McCain the “lap dog” voting 95% of the time with George W. Bush. Armed with these nuggets of truth, you will be able to turn those “nay sayers” into the “yeah sayers."

I'm one of the editors and authors of The Little Book and I'm passionate about telling the truth and debunking the myths about John McCain. Gwen and I will donate 50% of proceeds from sales of our handbook to progressive candidates in key races around the country. We assembled this book to counter the Swift-Boat sleaze that Corsi et al foist on an honorable, articulate, visionary candidate. The book is current and, in just 70 pages, offers accurate McCain quotes and facts about this unctuous, double-talking myth-maker. See, for example, pp. 50-51 for some stunning remarks about McCain's recent reversals about big oil. Or check out pp. 60-61 to learn about McCain, the would-be admiral. He's a shyster, a carbon copy of GWB, and a scary man. Is this the finger we want next to the red button?
