Vincent tries to undermine the efforts of Victor to help Meg realize she is who she is inside.
Meg lives as a child in a woman’s body and begs Victor to marry her and give her a name. She makes the journey into womanhood through Victor’s love and becomes the person that leads Vincent into seeking redemption.
