Abstract:
Magazine model Shannon suspects her mother’s sudden death was caused from other than natural causes, especially when her father has the body cremated before an autopsy can be performed and within weeks, marries a much younger woman. Shannon hires PI Rod Pierce to uncover the truth about the death and her new step-mom, Cindi. Pierce, with help from a fellow PI in CA, digs up disturbing facts which help unravel the puzzle. Despite help from the FBI and positive evidence, Cindi escapes punishment. Found innocent, she continues her life of crime. How long can this go on?
