Abstract:
Bone Gap to Meadowtop is the third book by Delores Hemmer. This book begins in the small town of Bone Gap, Illinois, where Delores grew up. She shares her memories of family and events as she grows, marries and then starts a family of her own at the Hemmer family farm that is known as Meadowtop. Each chapter is a vivid picture of the times and events which has woven itself into the joyful life she has created for herself and the generations that have followed. Many of the people she introduces you to have left us, but through her memories and the stories handed down, they live on as a testament of the true American experience.
