Abstract:
After suffering a tragedy, Paul Winter and his family leave Boston for their hometown of Rosemont, New Hampshire. What Paul hasn’t told his wife Lindsay is that he has another reason for leaving Boston.

He is escaping.

Paul has just ended an affair with a woman from work—a woman not used to hearing the word ‘no’.

In Rosemont, Lindsay will have to face the demons of her past, but Paul is more worried about the possible demon in her future—the reclusive cult leader Jeremiah Goode who lives in the forest across the street.
