I was given this book as a gift while going through cancer treatment last year. I absolutely loved listening to Jacob's voice as he guided me through simple explanations of how & why to meditate. I feel as though the combined experience of meditation while healing has opened my heart and mind and broadened my perspective. Jacob's book and CD have been passed on to others who share this journey. Thank you for bringing this gift to us all.

this is the most positive explaination of meditation i have read. bar none. publications of TM is so vague. it is easy to read and understand.
