Abstract:
The biochemical machine we call a body has its own health plan insuring health and longevity. The problem is we are ignoring it. Acidity makes our bodies work but too much of it is our worst enemy. Alkalinity, which counters acidity, is our friend. The problem is that we get too little of it. Our own health plan requires more alkalinity than acidity to work properly. A dysfunctional acid/alkaline system speeds up cell activity, ages cells faster, initiates disease earlier and kills us before our time. This book describes various symptoms and conditions caused by excessive acidity and their alkaline antidote via the pH system.
