Abstract:
Blue Grass Notes collects 45 “Country Real Estate” columns from 2010. These columns are author-syndicated weekly to about 500 newspapers, magazines, blogs, brokers and individuals.

All columns have some connection to land—living on it, working it and being shaped by it. They follow E.B.White’s example, but at a considerable distance.

Many columns are humorous, some on purpose. The humor tries not to be mean-spirited; it tries to be funny.

The accompanying CD includes five-minute, column-based commentaries done for WVTF, Virginia public radio.
