These entertaining poems and lessons are derived from Kevin McChesney’s extensive experience as a full-time teacher, director, and composer in the art of handbells. The miniature “compositions” and the lessons they teach encompass technique, musicianship, leaders in the industry, ideas for rehearsal and performance, and thoughts on the spiritual nature of handbell music and the ringers and directors who create it.
