The writer criticizes former Governor Huckabee’s presentation “A Simple Government” for blaming America’s cultural morass, including the breakdown of family values, on the current administration’s intrusive liberal government policies.

Abstract:
The writer, a retired CPA/attorney, criticizes former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee’s presentation “A Simple Government” for blaming the breakdown of the American family on what he calls intrusive liberal government policies that intentionally encourage dependency: teenage pregnancies; fatherless homes; decline of traditional marriage; culture of violence and vulgarity; pop music; reality TV; sex video on the internet, and other manifestations of a sick culture. If our nation’s declining morality has anything to do with politics, we all better head for the lifeboats, and the Governor better know how to swim, because he’s already “in de Nile.”

Huckabee: the good, bad and ugly? , 10/05/2011
Reviewer: Jerome H. Quigley
Eye openers on every page. Chapter by chapter an often caustic, always liberal-logical Harry Pappas attacks Huckabee, former Governor, perennial poltician, musician, and TV personality. And he does it well, often fairly. I suspect there is more to Harry Pappas than the already personal details in the early pages of this book. This reader wnts to learn more of and from Harry Pappas.
