Abstract:
Rookie cop Leigh Durham works the graveyard shift on some of the roughest streets in the Bronx, and how she loves it—until she encounters Warner Rockland, a ruthless crime lord who decides Leigh’s life belongs to him. Leigh is ordered to capitalize on Rockland’s amorous feelings by working undercover inside the crime ring as his “romantic interest” until she uncovers the evidence to bring the notorious mobster to justice. Until now, Leigh has given no less than everything to the force, but she is determined to keep Rockland out of her bed while she searches for the incriminating documents.
