There is so much information in Dr. Gruver's latest book that it is a must-have for any healthcare practice. The mind-body phenomenon is rapidly gaining recognition in conventional medical circles, and its important to understand the variety of therapeutic approaches. She presents thoughtful examples, credible research, pointed summaries of dozens of therapies all overlaid with her delightful sense of humor and insight into the human psyche.
