Abstract:
Field hockey player, Jackie McKendry, is finally a senior, so getting into the right college should be her only worry. But her stress level escalates when her parents start acting weird and her kid sister appears to be growing up a little too fast and no one seems to be noticing. Then a hotshot ninth grader throws off the team’s chemistry. And, what continually gnaws at her is — when all of this is over will she and Mitch Kennedy still be together? Suddenly senior year doesn’t seem to be the fun time everyone said it would be.
