Abstract:
This book is designed to help children of divorced parents who are working on achieving healing and acceptance. The story is written in a manner to directly connect to a child’s perspective and to help them feel validated. Through a friendship Bunny has with his friend Deer, he is able to have a breakthrough. This breakthrough allows Bunny to express his unresolved emotions. Through this expression Bunny is able to accept both himself and his emotions. Bunny learns to embrace his time with each parent and he is able to see positive aspects of his life that have unfolded.
