Abstract:
The Quality Journey offers a strategic approach to improving a Quality System, enabling leaders to better address high concern product and Quality System process issues in a logical manner. Once management control over these high concern issues is improved, transformative efforts of additional self identified issues can be predictably achieved. Adoption of such a strategic approach, to first address management control, will guard against wasting valuable resources and inflicting significant chaos upon your Organization over the life of the Quality System improvement project and beyond as gains are held.
