Other modern languages have an official voice, an organized system of standards for writing on the basis of phonetics, morphology that is characteristic of each language, and a syntax structure according to the function of the parts of the speech. In English, the above grammatical components are lacking to a great disproportion. Instead of standards as the norm, English has exceptions as the predominant factor. While other languages are learner and user friendly, the same factor is far from reality in English.
