John Elzinga served for several years in the ‘professional’ ministry as minister of education. For 21 years he worked in the office furniture industry in positions of sales and management. John has also worked as a management consultant and currently speaks, writes, and conducts seminars on how to create a high-performance organization. John is most concerned about the ability of Christians (and Christians in business) to be able to integrate their faith and lives. John and his wife Claudia have six children and four grandchildren. They reside in Temecula, California.
