Beryl R. Kelner Cook was born and raised in Chicago, IL. Following several years of teaching, she earned an MBA and spent the next twenty years in industry. She and her father have always shared a love for creative writing, which has resulted in this first publication of his selected works. She and her husband enjoy all forms of science fiction, riding roller coasters, and extensive traveling. She has two beautiful stepdaughters, and always has a bird.
