Born in a small country village in England, where after his school years he trained and qualified to become a Rolls-Royce Service Engineer. He then served for three years as a member of the Royal Military Police. As a representative of R.R he traveled extensively in Europe, Africa, the Bahamas and finally to the United States, where he presently lives in Lighthouse Point, Florida in semi-retirement, with his English wife Pat. He used the knowledge gained from his travels to make the backgrounds of his writing both authentic and true to life, helping also to provide many of his colorful characters.
