As a licensed owner and operator of a Family Home Daycare for many years, Latissa A. Robinson has experienced the joys and struggles of working with young children on and on going basis. Latissa has an education in early childhood development and human behavior. After a fourteen year career in the child care profession, Latissa was inspired to develop a program that would encourage, train, and provide resources specific to providers of home settings.

She is a native Californian and proudly considers herself a community helper. Latissa is the founder of Hearts In Motion, an organization aimed at raising the standards of quality and professionalism of Family Home Daycare facilities in our communities.

She is a mother of two children, Antone II, age 22, and Deron, age 17, and a grandmother of 1, Antone III, age 1. She is the wife of church leader, Pastor Nolan Robinson, and is an active leader focused on bettering our communities through marriage and family enrichment seminars as well as supportive women groups.
