With training in electronics at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida and an academic background in Clinical Psychology, John Dervin, PhD, spent his career in the hi-tech world of California’s Silicon Valley as a technical writer and consultant. Upon retiring to the Sierra Foothills, he pursued his love of science and writing, while sprinkling in generous amounts of time for tennis and cycling. After writing a number of articles, this is his first book.
