Biography:

William Rowan has lived and worked in six states and Puerto Rico, and lives now in Greensboro, North Carolina. He began writing popular fiction and nonfiction as a hobby while pursuing a teaching and research career. With retirement, the hobby escalated to hard labor. On the Spring Tide, A Special Kind of Courage appeared in 1998; Tales from Towhee Inn, 1999; and Incident at Roan High Bluff, 2000, reprinted, 2003. His latest novel, under the pen name of Harvey Shoals, is entitled Factors Unforeseen. These last two titles are both available from Infinity Publishing.com.
