Drawing upon his extensive leadership experience as a pastor for 14 years, and having served in various leadership roles within the church organization of which he is a part, he is helping to shape and develop the next generation of leaders. He offers a unique perspective by utilizing his 21 years of experience working in the secular arena for one of the Big Four accounting firms. There he worked in many capacities: Training Instructor, Learning Leader, Manager and Mentor. He has sought to take both worlds and reconcile them into a practical learning experience for leaders of all levels.
