Deanna Hessedal Tiddle is the author of the middle-grade novel, HOLD ON, JESSICA, DON'T LET GO, and numerous children's stories published in magazines. She tries through her writing to make children laugh, feel, think, and have hope. A former teacher, she has a degree in elementary grade education and treasures her experiences working with children. She renewed her childhood interest in drawing to illustrate the stories in this book.
