Sharon Miner grew up in Connecticut, the middle child of eleven. An avid horse lover at an early age, she learned to ride and care for horses while a working student for Lee’s Riding Stable in Wilton and later in Litchfield, CT. When she was 21 years old, Sharon reached her goal to own a stable. She and her husband, Bob, operated Unicorn Stables for 25 years, first in Maryland and then in Pennsylvania. Currently, Sharon combines her passions of horses, writing and travel while marketing her books at horse shows and saddle shops, and interviewing horsemen for more stories.
