EDWARD P. AHRENS, JR. is an attorney and certified court mediator. He lives in the Tampa, Florida, area with Bunny, his wife of over fifty years. Their sons, Edward III and John Michael, and their families live nearby. Ahrens holds Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida. He is the author of numerous short stories and articles and is the author of the highly popular The Perils of Imprudent Writing-How to Watch What You Write and Stay Out of Court, now in its second edition.
