Biography:
Vikas Khanna, a native of India has garnered international praise from the culinary press and his gastronomic peers. He has also gained a fine reputation as a food historian and a lecturer on Ayurvedic concepts of food from some of the top American Universities. He is also the founder and owner of Lawrence Garden Banquets, Amritsar, India, Atithi Hospitality Consultancy and Sanskrit Culinary Arts, New York. He lives in New York City.
