The author spent more than a half century as a pastor in the denominational and ecumenical Church. Based on his experiences and the historic leadership of the Christian Church, the author explains why the “just war” teaching of mainline churches is contrary to the teachings of Jesus, the non-violent Messiah. The result is the most deadly blight ever to inflict the Church: partnership with the state in the willful slaughter of “enemies” Jesus has commanded his disciples to love.
