Steven J. Byers is a lifelong resident of western Missouri. He has a BS in Business Communication with a minor in Writing from Southwest Missouri State University and received a Master of Public Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. By day, he is the Director of Development and Communications at WaterPartners International headquartered in Kansas City. Prior to that, he was the Senior Director of Development Administration at Children's Mercy Hospital. Currently, he resides in rural Nevada, Missouri.
