Viola has been a professional intuitive reader for over fourteen years. For nine of those years, she owned and operated a metaphysical bookstore in New Mexico, as well as personally putting on and participating in countless psychic faires. She reluctantly admits to being middle-aged, but readily and gladly takes credit for having tremendous life experience. All of the foregoing has provided her great insight with respect to how to deal with people individually and collectively, what can be expected (or not) from others, and what others expect in return.
