Thomas A. Curtis holds degrees in English and in Law from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas. He resides in North Texas with his wife, two children, three cats, and two rat terriers. Tom continues to hold a reserve commission in the United States Air Force and has previously worked as environmental & special use airspace counsel in the Air Force Office of General Counsel at the Pentagon.

California Street is Tom’s first novel. He has published technical and legal articles in the past for various publications.
