The author, H. Jeremy Stiefel, was born in 1972 and grew up as a pastor’s son. During high school he rebelled against the church because of the way he was treated. After many years of running, which included a life style opposite of how he was raised and an attempted suicide, he once again returned to the God he served and knew as a child. Being upset with the lack of knowledge within the church, Jeremy began to teach on the basics of Christianity, which includes a simple love for everyone and our authority as a Christian.
