Cathy Marley is a freelance writer, entrepreneur, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who lives a contented life in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband of 32 years and a menagerie of four cats, three birds, some fish and turtles in the back yard. Having spent the first 40 years of her life eagerly reading other people’s words, she discovered her own voice in midlife. She claims that when she turned 50, it was as if her life’s experience coalesced, with everything filtered through a more positive light. Now, she feels a lifetime’s thoughts have ripened to the point where she must give them life.
