The author was born in New York City and raised in southern New Jersey. She currently resides in historic Indian Mills, New Jersey with her husband William, their children Mary and Jimmy and several fluffy felines. After years of experiencing the unmitigated thrill of practicing law, Jeannette decided it was time to get serious about what she wanted to be when she grew up. Since lawyers are never at a loss for words and are generally good at making things up, writing fiction seemed like a logical progression. She has found writing to be a welcomed diversion from the push and pull of the everyday work world.
