Biography:
Ella J. Cvancara, Casper, WY, has been a cat lover since her youth when she would “drag” home kittens born in her North Dakota hometown to an unappreciative mother. Undaunted, she has been a cat owner most of her adult life. Cvancara is co-author, along with her husband, Alan M. Cvancara, of a self-hope book, Back Trip: A Journey Into Perseverance, and a poetry/photography book, Windows Into Legacy. She is the founder and editor of Voicings From the High Country, an annual poetry chapbook. Cvancara holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Dakota.
