The author, Andrea Lynn Conrad-Parker, is a native of Chicago. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Conrad-Parker is currently an auditor in the healthcare and mental health insurance industry; however, her passion is writing. She has taken several writing courses over the years and has won many local writing competition contests. Conrad-Parker has always had the gift of inspiring and helping others this is why she wrote a self-help book. She resides with her husband of four years in Country Club Hills, Illinois.
