Trula and her husband have traveled extensively and have served as part-time missionaries in several countries. She volunteers with many charities in her home town of Vero Beach, Florida, and leads mission trips for her church. Her hobbies include making her husband happy, quilting, gardening, writing poetry and songs, and spoiling her nine grandchildren. Her desire is to write a series of books about her mission trips and commit all proceeds to funding missions and sharing the Good News where ever she goes. Her goal is to encourage children and young adults to consider missions as a way of life.
