Biography:
Born in Gaziantep. Graduated from Hacettepe University, the Department of English Linguistics. She worked as a lecturer in Middle East Technical University, and continued her education in England with METU scholarship.
After the Institution of Higher Education was founded, she resigned from her job in METU. She's now continuing to be a businesswoman in Gaziantep as the manager of BIEM Courses.
Her published books are "Işık" (poetry), "Kanka" (reminiscence), "Alleben'de Boğulmak" (story) and "Işık II" (poetry). In October 2006, her biography and her story "Kuşlar" were published in Encyclopedia of Turkish People of Literature, Culture and Science.
