Randy Shamlian has practiced the culinary arts for over 30 years winning several contests along the way for his apple pies. He owned a successful pastry company in Southern California for over 10 years and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Massachusetts. He has written and produced two short films, including a promotional video for A Slice of Apple Pie. He is currently working on a food-related film that is slated to go into production early 2008.
