He’s president of various civic/professional organizations here and abroad. A newspaper columnist/writer, at times he’s invited to speak on TV and radio talkshows. He’s an amateur composer and singer and inventor on the side.

A retired armed forces colonel, he’s married to Aurora Barro with whom he has five daughters.

He resides in Manila and Guam; currently working on his second book, Spice of Life.
