The author has written a cookbook, Food Exchange Recipes For Two, that began as a hobby. As the end of writing her cookbook neared, Lorri Starr realized her cookbook was one that many people would benefit from. She wrote her recipe book in her breaks during homecare nursing night shifts. Food Exchange Recipes For Two comprises of recipes divided into smaller servings for only two people.

Now retired and living in Edmonton, Alberta, Lorri Starr is fulfilling the dreams that she didn’t have time for when she was nursing. To Those Who Knew Me Well is her first fictional novel.
