Rick Atkins is a network administrator working for the Department of Transportation. He is a graduate of Grand Valley State University in Michigan. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was deployed to the 1991 Persian Gulf War. For 5 years, he was a counselor working with the Department of Social Services. Rick is a volunteer hike leader.
