Dr. Emeric Solymossy (“Dr. E”) has owned and operated seven “small businesses,” and has been involved in the creation or acquisition of several more. He started his first business when he was 17. While not highly successful, it provided valuable training. He learned that starting and successfully running a business is more difficult than working for someone else. Later, while running multiple businesses, he learned that he could easily hire people with technical skills, but not easy to find people with the knowledge, ability, and skills to profitably manage small businesses. These are the skills he wants to share.
