LA Reiss has loved the written word all her life, almost as much as she loves ancient Egypt. As a child, she dreamed of becoming an archaeologist, a hairdresser, and a writer. So far, two of those wishes have come true. She loves to write, read, crochet, and play board games with her kids. She lives in Long Island, New York with her husband, two kids, two cats (no, they don’t talk!), and a dog named Cookie.
