P.C. Riggs is a 57 year old professional pilot who considers himself an average American citizen. He served proudly in the U.S. Army in the early seventies. He has spent the last 30 odd years traveling, living, and working around the United States and the world as a pilot, flying everything from crop dusters to the Captains seat of an airliner. Although he has an extensive background as a technical writer, this is his first but definitely not his last attempt at social commentary. Mr. Riggs currently lives in South America with his wife Lina Janine.
